Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and external factors such as customs processing and local postal services. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States Orders: 3-7 business days
- International Orders: 7-21 business days

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination and the items in your order. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. The shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before any purchase is conducted.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

5. Missed Deliveries & Undeliverable Packages
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a notice for re-delivery or require pickup from a local post office.
- If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, check with your local post office. If you still can't find it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@pridefulpursuit.shop with clear photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
📌 Prideful Pursuit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.
7. International Shipping & Customs
- International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customs processing times may delay delivery beyond our estimated shipping times.
8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or failure to collect from the post office:
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply).
- If you prefer a refund, we will process it minus any non-refundable shipping costs.
